Call Diversion / Forwarding

This service enables the telephone to forward calls to any chosen destination. The diversion can be on busy, immediate or on no reply. The diversions can be variable (customer controlled) or fixed by BTC as per request. Customers are required to apply to have the service active in their telephones.

• Customers reduce the number of missed calls. Installation and rental are free. Usage is per normal telephone tariffs.
